6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ruiling holds numerous patents for new technologies and utility models, including core technologies for high-power laser cutting (60kW class) and high-speed fly cutting for micro-connections.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of Ruiling.

Customers are granted limited rights to use our technology solely for the operation of purchased equipment and may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary technologies.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While Ruiling strives to provide the highest quality products and services, we limit our liability as follows:

Equipment warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions
Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective equipment
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Customer misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications void warranty coverage

8. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring proper installation environment and safety measures
Following all operating procedures and safety guidelines
Compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Providing adequate training to equipment operators
Regular maintenance according to manufacturer specifications

All Ruiling equipment meets international safety standards and includes comprehensive safety documentation and training materials.

9. PARTNERSHIP & DISTRIBUTION

Ruiling welcomes partnerships with:
